I found that the blade will always do crit damage to the ark fall if you just get up close and swing away. It doesn't need a hole opened up.

ah that makes sense for sure. would be impossible to reach the helion or the new DM boss with the blade. cool stuff. im sure we'll see more big numbers soon!

Hi there, may I ask what Perks you find best to use with the blade. I am away from the game at present and was wondering what other players made of the new kit

i have 2 builds, one with blur where i can't remember all of them, but i picked ones that refresh the blur ego faster and make it last longer, i definitely picked up every melee ego possible especially the extra damage from behind, cause at ark falls its easy for enemies to get distracted so therefor easy to get behind them, i rarely charge my blade, i just slash away not sure but seems i get 3 slashes off in the time it takes to charge, for the record the first arkfall where i got over 2.5 million score i didn't even use my blur build i was using an overcharge build predicated on fast reloads, and fast ego refresh and more duration, it wasn't really tailored for the charge blade yet i still did major work with it... it also helped i was the only one with a charge blade at the ark fall, now it's a lot harder to beast mode with it cause others are slashing away with em too

Found tonight it also works on the non Hellbug ones. Didnt have to wait forever for the rocket launcher to destroy the crystal. Doesn't seem to make much difference on the scrapper ark falls though.

the green one you get from the arenas
