Yeah when they want to get something done it seems to get done and the fact that people on the EU server can even buy the DLC from the Playstation Store shows that Trion was full of it earlier when blaming Sony.

Yeah me too but in the end the issues for me is not the down time it is the lack of communication from Trion. I think they are some of the worst costumer service people in the gaming industry.

Funny you mention DCUO, b/c just yesterday there was a thread about players from that game flocking to this one & then returning after getting hosed by the dev team's fumbling of Defiance. I played that almost religiously for years before getting turned off by SOE's really stupid decisions and pretty obvious contempt for its customers. I loved DCUO and spent countless hours playing it and building my character into a bada**, so I was pretty bitter about the way the game was ruined little by little until I just didn't like it at all anymore.

But as I've spent hours on and off over the past day trying unsuccessfully to even log on, I couldn't help but notice that as much as I hated DCUO's dev team at least they made the freakin' game work the vast majority of the time.

Not only that but was just on NA store the dlc pack not even showing up. I bet they didn't even provide to Sony in time to update store in time seeing they update every Tuesday. Trion prob gave to Sony Tuesday afternoon after they already started updating just seems like its something they would do
Btw how I'd u like the MSG this mornin regarding ps3 servers after last update was 11 hrs prior saying we just got into the office
That's like saying well I can't figure out why ps3 servers went down let's all go home rest maybe we'll get an idea how to fix when we get to work

i was just on live chat wit the defiance n i was asking a bunch of questions how long b4 back up they told me it could b anyware frum 1 day to 1 yr so every1 that played defiance THE GAME IS BROKEN IT WILL TAKE AWHILE TO GET FIXED. Not only that but was just on NA store the dlc pack not even showing up...

DLC was disabled in PSN store because people buying it couldn't access anyway.
