What sucks is even PS3 EU is up and running and also already have the DLC.

start saving posts on your computers from the dev team that seem important as soon as this fails officially they will scrub the forums and deny any wrong doing. Please contact me if anyone pursues a class action lawsuit I would love to join in. Dtlittle81@gmail.com

What really gripes me here is that YESTERDAY the Dev team told us about 10% of their day is spent on the forums. That is not being spent here today, I can assure you. That's 1 hour of 3 people's time. We can see if it's being done, and I've seen very little posting by DEV's today on the tracker. One-liners, that's about it.

MORGANA! DAHANESE! We know you two are working today, what's the word? And what happened to OVERLOAD? He quit already? Haven't seen him on the tracker at all today...

We have NO information on server and paid DLC status. No responses. I fear that they have NO IDEA what's wrong with PS3 NA servers and are reaching the point where they don't care either. I have to wonder how much hot water Trion is in with the fine folks at Sony - I'm confident that Sony cares (at least a little bit). The fallout damage this game has done to their reputation on handling MMO-type games must be embarrassing. So let Sony file the lawsuit. They've been handling their share of complaints and refunds on behalf of Trion's bumbling, so Sony can't be exactly happy with the situation either. Sad to see this game that I love get wrecked by the tag team of incompetence coupled with rampant greed.

TO CLARIFY: Greed I'm referring to is the top management at Trion - not our DEV team. I'm sure they all get paid shtako just like the rest of us.
