Hi all,

There are a number of players who have purchased the Castithan Charge Pack DLC, but have not yet received their associated items-- such as the Charge Starter Pack, Customization Re-Do, etc.

At this time, we believe this particular issue has been resolved for a large number of users, for all platforms save NA PS3.

For it to trigger, please log out of both the game and patcher entirely, then log back in. The items should then be available for you to claim.

If you still do not receive your DLC items, please do send your details to support@trionworlds.com, where they can perform a deeper investigation into your account.


I know there are other issues still ongoing, and we are still assessing and compiling them all.


EDIT: On NA PS3, no paid DLC content is actually enabled, my apologies for any confusion. We are still working with Sony America on getting that resolved.

Hopefully, someone will answer this, as I can't get a reply anywhere else. The customization redo, is that only with the DLC, or is that supposed to be for everyone? If it is only with the DLC, is there any way to change or shut off my character's voice without it? His voice is VERY annoying.

guess that didn't matter i still can't get in and ps3 is still fuct. so glad i bought the season pass. can't wait to see how long we gotta wait for the second dlc . 2 or 3 weeks after the release?

That sucks, because the voice they added for my character is just totally annoying. Makes me wanna let him die, and I can't turn it off or change it. Can't even buy a re-customization token in the in-game store, either.

I might add that 'There are a number of players who have purchased the Season Pass DLC, but have not yet received their associated items-- such as the Charge Starter Pack, Customization Re-Do, etc.' And your fix does not solve their problem. I've already tried logging in and out several times, but still no DLC items on the EU server, only on the NA server.

You can change it in the new chat menu, under settings.

You are totally wrong we have yet to get anything from dlc content only the seiges n arkfalls

How am I wrong? I am not a console user so your problem is not my problem. I have the Casti race and Arena access, but I do not have the other stuff for my EU characters so what I wrote is true.

I understand that you guys on PS3 are upset, but other folks also have valid complaints.
