I've tried everything to get my dlc. Submitted ticket here and in-game. Only answer is exit and log back in... tried 20+ times with no luck. claim# 130822-001424.

Got an outfit, charge sniper rifle, charge pistol and charge shotgun, character redo and and the vehicle. But no missions are unlocked, and no charge blades. Tried all the aforementioned tips.

Also: dunno if it matters, but this with an Ultimate Edition from launch.

I kept submitting and eventually they manually gave it to me. If they are manually doing it it will be slow. I am truly sorry for what happened to you I was there and it suxed hardcore =(

According to the rep I spoke with at Live Chat support, they are no longer giving the items out manually, so save yourself a half hour or more in the queue. We get the items whenever they fix whatever bug there was that didn't give them to us, whenever that is.

I purchased the season pass as well, only got the bug hat and the 7 day loot bonus. Nothing else I have a claim Number in also.

PS3 EU got a hat, how bloody nice. Paid for season pass and got a crap hat and a glorified update.

Major lag and constant time outs, these must be the gifts we get.

Two here in my household purchased the DLC Season Pass directly from Trion (PC platform, NA server), and despite all the assurances, neither of us have received the DLC items.

At first, neither of us had access at all to the paid DLC content, but that part appears to have been fixed yesterday. Still no items though. Filed tickets in-game, on the website, and prompted by a forum post also sent an email directly to Trion support.

I know this will sound (and possibly be) totally self-serving, but I think everyone who was impacted by this should be given some kind of recompense for the frustration. Perhaps a free charge-blade color change or something similar. Doesn't have to be huge, just something. In addition to the DLC content and items previously promised (and paid for).

I bought the season pass to support the game and recieve the extras. All I recieved was the hellbug combat hat and loot boost. Posted a ticket in game and through this post and still nothing. I understand that I'm not the only one but it seems there are plenty of people racing around in there raptors on the EU Xbox servers

I got the season pass from the ultimate edition prior to the DLC patch and did not get the bonus items yet.

A friend patched and the next day he bought the pass on xbox live. He got the bonus items.
