I have tried numerous times to apply the new patch, and when it gets right to what appears to be the end...says it has about an hour left...I get [PATCH ERROR Try Again Later] Then I go through the same thing over again. I've been doing this for TWO DAYS!

I will remember Trion as an imaginative compagny who can't deal with their product... and I won't recommand your product, preorder anything....

i have done that talk to tiron custmer suport got a small refund from xbox then used it to down load the dlc and guess what still no gear so when will you get this crap fixed
I got the Season Pass through the Trion store for the PC and I still don't have my DLC gear. Starting to feel a little ripped off here. I sent a message to your support Email and still nothing.
Posted an in-game ticket as well as on the forums. They keep pointing me here where there is absolutely no useful information. I sent the email but have had no response from them whatsoever. The items are utterly useless now I'm sure. The novelty of the vehicle has worn off by seeing others enjoying it while I am stuck without. Heck even the race is losing is sparkle. Getting close to just wanting my money back.

Ridiculous! No update on the situation for us? I have had the season pass since launch for NA PS3....waited patiently and this in the end is how we are treated. So it as been 2 days since launch and I still cannot get what I paid for! How about someone from Trion responds to this mess
Just logged in after the so called fix for the EU xbox server and still none of the promised gear. I just want what i paid for. Contacted in game and via email still waiting
