I sent in my e mails with my "details" and got a polite auto response saying that due to the high volume of tickets they were unable to bla bla bla would respond when they could.
I wonder if this is what the beginning of the end looks like?

i have just logged on to the eu server on my xbox 360 this morning after finding out about the server maintenance to find i still don't have my items to claim even though i have had the season pass for months this is getting beyond a joke i have patiently waited and their supposed maintenance fix has fixed absolutely nothing i am starting to get slightly hacked off with this game now!!!!
