*** DLC Items - All Platforms *** Did not receive yours? Please read!

Hey guys,

We will be bringing down the EU servers (PC, PS3, and Xbox 360) for a one hour maintenance at 5 PM PDT. This maintenance will fix issues for players who purchased the Season Pass or DLC before release and did not get their items.

So? Still ZERO items to claim!

What bullcr4p.... they up a patch that's supposed to correct the problem but the problem persists on most players.
Either devs are r3t4rd3d or the administration tried to cut expenses from crucial parts of the game's support....

Either way, I ain't paying squat to trion anymore. Even if they pull their heads out of their rear ends and put a paysafe option like in EVERY OTHER MMO.

Day 4 and nothing has changed.

AND I STILL HAVE NO MISSIONS (Side, main etc.)

So, not only do I not have my content I paid for. I can't even play the game proper.

How does Trion expect to keep people playing if they can't even maintain their own game.......

I bought the new DLC pack and got nothing?!´no quest, no items.. nothing.. i got nothing...

I got the weapons, the outfit, and the car the character redo thing as well. But i did not receive the missions nor the chargeblade at all

There are a number of players who have purchased the Castithan Charge Pack DLC, but have not yet received their associated items-- such as the Charge Starter Pack, Customization Re-Do, etc.

At this time, we believe this particular issue has been resolved for a large number of users, for all platforms save NA PS3.

For it to trigger, please log out of both the game and patcher entirely, then log back in. The items should then be available for you to claim.

If you still do not receive your DLC items, please do send your details to support@trionworlds.com, where they can perform a deeper investigation into your account.


I know there are other issues still ongoing, and we are still assessing and compiling them all.


EDIT: On NA PS3, no paid DLC content is actually enabled, my apologies for any confusion. We are still working with Sony America on getting that resolved.[/QUOTE]

But i did not receive the missions

The only mission that came with the DLC was the side mission that pops up next to the volge sieges which also, if im not totally wrong, unlocks the arena which then unlocks more missions(?).

* It also provides access to the Thorn Liro vendor which sells Castithan charge blades and more.

Chargeblades was never promised as a claimable gift.

I purchased the entire season pass for PS3 and still have not received any of my items. Is the entire season pass being affected or just the Castithan charge pack? I'm really upset that I haven't received any of the items from the season pass. That was quite a bit of money to not have what I paid for. Are there any plans to provide any compensation for those of us who have been affected?

I bought the season pass also, I didn't get the lock box at first although trion said I did now most of the dlc I haven't received and for the last 7 hrs I cannot log in to the eu servers on ps3 what a waste of money think trading standards will be getting contacted
