funny when i called and talked to sony they seemed to have no idea about any of it. the tech i spoke to even went to psn store and tried on her end and nothing. she said 2-3 days or tuesday.

I'm gonna guess this is the first time you guys played an MMO. Server stability is usually crap right before and during most updates. Sometimes a little bit after. Pretty normal actually. Also very normal for the company to giveout some small reward for the troubles. You guys should chill. Acting like children isn't helping anything

i've asked the same thing many times. have seen a lot of rugrats in game though. if cooper can say "way the **** over there" it makes no sense at all. even had to put my birth date in to watch i god damn dlc video...

would stay chilled but this game has been all buggy ever since it came out, and now a good chunk of us can't even log in to play the damn game. hell i spent about 4 hours today just tryin to log on. i'm guessing you're pretty new to the game. which also means you got one hell of a discount. game was 60 bucks less than 4 or 5 months ago. deluxe was another 40. then 40 for season pass. when i put that much money into a game i expect to be able to play it when i want to. not stare at my character for hours on end because ever attempt to get on now and i get a timed out message.

Trion I talked directly to a family member who literaly works for Sony with the PSN team Im not going to say what was all said but its not cool to blame others for YOUR FAULTS so get yours guys rear ends in gear improve your low PR ratings Beacuse without us aka your consumers you guys have nothing you guys are legally facing a massive scale law suit right now not in your favor Beacuse you will lose it if it comes to that the best suggestion right now is to stop making up excuses find the problem and fix it seeing as its on your end and if you don't have the team to do it correctly then fire them and hire more competent employees Beacuse your facing false advertisement,possible scam charges,slander and dephimation of character charges if this isn't resolved for the NA servers soon witch btw are your more important servers then some back water EU servers how is it even possible for that to happen the under populated servers can get the dlc and play it but your majority based servers can't? Not saying all is swell but u sir rub me the wrong way with that kind of attitude. Trion would not be the first studio to blame Sony. Ironically they said Sony and yet it sounds like xbox players cannot get their paid content either.

What I find funny is that they were able to update and release the dlc just fine everywhere else but North America suddenly had issues.

The day of the big release and suddenly issues happen especially when they have had months to prepare the dlc and the server update. Hell they even took down the servers the day before to prep it for the update and add on content.

As much as some might say they are trying their best or its an mmo this is to be expected. Thats pure crap. Trion sure had no issue with European servers. So what happened to the North American servers. Seems someone was sleeping over at Trion.

I was looking forward to the new add on. Now i'm not too sure if I even want it on my system anymore. Trion just seems too incompetent.

As someone else said if this was EA or DICE the issue would be fixed no problem.
