Is anyone able to play this damn game?

I got stuck in that patch loop last night. I let it do that for prob 3 hours before I deleted all patch data and then it patched fine.

How do I do that?

When I did mine it was like 15 to 20 of those till mine worked out for me

Your not alone we are the 1%ers stuck in a never ending download loop, dont worry about deleting the game and reinstalling it . It doesnt fix the endless download loop, I tried this supposed quick fix

In game data utility find something called "Defiance (Patch Data)" and delete that then boot up your game and repatch. Im not sure thats exactly what its called I dont wanna leave game to check. You cant mess anything up on your character since saves are on their servers so no worries.

Okay, so I'm still not able to get into the game. It's constantly downloading the patch, then I get a patch error.

No game time. I was really looking forward to sieges and dark matter arkfalls. But that's not happening. I paid for the super special edition, should have saved it for another game, like I don't know....Final Fantasy drops on Tuesday and the beta was pretty fun.

I guess, I'm sick to death of shelling out money to not play a game. I mean, at least the garbage developers at DC Universe online have someone that stays at work to deal with issues and there's no posts like "we're back in the office." Is the game down because y'all went home, if so fine, let us know. The constant frustration and your new ability to make all the bad comments go away, does not negate the fact that we can't get into the game and without those of us the bought this, you'd just be at home, looking to get on a development team. Wow, I thought I'd never have a compliment for the DC team, but then, I'd never had to deal with this team.

Please fix the problems, there's a lot of pissed off customers....or don't, I'm really only dealing with this mess until Tuesday anyway....

It worked for me and I have played all night. You seem to have gotten your patch but I was downloading a small patch over and over. If it doesnt work whats the worst that could happen? You have to download a 4065mb patch. I really dont see why there would be a need for trust..
