cant join back

so I got kicked off and I can get to character selection but when I choose one it loads for a minute then gives the time-out error. anyone else getting this?

I was about to post the same question. I've been trying to login for at least 10 minutes but keep getting the critical error message. Since I see that some friends are currently playing the game, I'm not sure what's going on.

it's called server overload. from all the people that supposedly "quit" and hated on this game, they sure as hell seem to be a whole bunch of players online at night. i keep having the same problems, plus lag, so i took a break had a smoke, snacked something and now am back online.
