    Request for Refund.

    Hello Trion I am requesting a full refund of the DLC season pass I purchased for 39.99. Along with refunds for the 9 49.99 bit purchases that I can no longer use due to server issues and the current state of the game. I also would like a refund of the original game purchase of 59.99 and the digital delux upgrade for 39.99. I already requested any sort of compensation or refund from Sony and was denied so now I am requesting a refund from Trion before further action is taken.

    Considering the state of the game I would have been on your side, till I read you spent 450 bucks in the bits store. What the hell could you possibly need that many bits for, and if you have that kind of money to waste you really shouldn't be upset about the 100 bucks you spent buying a terrible game.

    A purchase or two a month is not uncommon for me for any game I enjoy and play. The point is ive invested alot of time and little bit of money into their product and they have not provided anything close to what they advertised. Along with blaming false causes of delays and issues on other people companies. I would not doubt if a lawsuit is started soon I am giving them a chance to refund me before I look into other options.

    after buying the game the deluxe edition the season pass and all the bits i have spent a total of 640.00 if a law suit happens im joining in cause i spent money to play a game when over 3/4 of the time i cant log in cause it says connection to server timed out and its trion not my internet i support u trying to get ur refund hope u do

    No his opinions are valid and I support anyone that wishes to speak out on this travesty. My point was in the fact he wasted almost $500 on the bits store without realizing it was a horrible investment.

    ya they really need to do something or action should be taken. when the game first came out and it was laggy and couldnt play they at least gave out free boost but i doubt they will even do that now. My clan has not even been able to buy boosts for months now but yet the can but in volge helms and outs fits for sale and there are never any problems with that as long as there making money.

    I would start a request that all requests for refunds be handled in the appropriate place and time, but alas.. I'd probably get told I'm just being a troll or "rage baiter" again... so hey.. do your thing.. it's your world, I only play games in it
