The last MMO I played effed something up that kept me from playing it. For 3 months they kept insisting the problem player side and there was nothing they could do to fix it.
When they did eventually figure out it was their fault, they silently patched it. No reimbursement, no apology, they just pretended like it never happened....

I can't wait till I get FF online and then go to forums and see the same posts only instead of "Defiance" and "Trion" there will be "FF" and "Square".

Thought this was going to be a Turbine thread. Lotro did the same thing - messed up the game and refused to admit blame then silently fixed it. Sorta people are still having issues.

Least for the most part Trion admits they are down. Ends there but it's something.
