Has anyone pulled any legendary weapons from tier two or tier three lockboxes?

I bought a mod box (can't remember the name) last night and pulled 4 white, !THAT'S RIGHT!, 4 white mods. So much for 64 keys.

Then 1 orange from a Tier 3 after DLC dropped after over 50 tries before DLC.

Funny you would think it would have been the siege were I scored just under 45k. Instead I took 1st at another and only had just over 19,500 and missed the 20k mark.

Question in the white mods, where they lvl 3? Someone posted the new scopes were white for infector.

ive pulled 3 from tier 3 boxes b4 patch ...after got a tier4...got 3 of the same blue lobbers and a green sniper then i bought 5 tier3 didnt get above a damn blue dont buy tier4 complete waste at least 4 me
