Hypothetical you can apply to real life!

Say you buy a loaf of bread and you find that it is crusty and older than it said it was. Do you:

    a) Return it to where you bought it and get a refund/replacement?

    OR

    b) Find the businesses facebook page and post the same block of text asking how to fix it and demanding that the business fix it?

Its no a very hard question. People should apply that to Defiance as well. You are not going to get a good reply from anyone on facebook about your Defiance problems. Please learn to use the forums properly or contact Trion directly. Granted facebook can get you through to many people but just take a look through the last few months and see how many times you have gotten the answers you want.

Take it back to Tesco and throw it at the guy behind the bakery counter and yell something about selling me crap bread.

Then get barred from Tesco and yelled at by my wife but not care because I was incredibly drunk at the time.

Er .... I meant a friend of mine did that, I would have responded in a mature manner.

    You forgot one:

    c) Go back to the store where you bought it every day from then on, yelling at the people who work there and insulting the other customers because they still dare to shop there, in spite of your own personal bread trauma which has scarred you for life.

THis "bread" has been re-sold to us, every TIME its moldy, and gross, even though the baker says its great!

Then, he does it again, then he is late with your order, then gives you moldy bread AGAIN for your late order. He says its pumpernickel bread, but guess what?? its RYE BREAD.

Plus, the rye bread is moldy too...

yes....lets keep goin back to THAT baker lol

The only issue here is you forgot the part where you signed a legal document when purchasing bread which does not allow you to P!ss & moan over certain scenarios as they may become evident during the use of said bread.

It's called a TOS. If any of you "adults" took the time to actually read what you're agreeing to b4 you start a new online game you'd be shocked just how far over the barrel you are from the get go. But no please, continue to act with such an epic level of righteous indignation. It's very funny and helps me through the slow moments when I should be doing cert's for work.

I take the bread to the lake and feed the ducks because I hate going to the store with a loaf of moldy bread in my hand looking like a loser who didn't look at the bread before I bought it. I always look at bread, and produce before I put it in the cart because you never know if someone chewed on it, or wiped boogers on it.

This of course refers to moldy bread only, and how I would deal with it.
