    Absolutly Unacceptable Trion - Plans should be made for a SERIOUS compensation pack

    It is now Thursday Morning.

    9+ Hours of Downtime on Tuesday,
    Crash Tuesday Night
    Crash Wednesday Morning
    Another 12 hrs+ of downtime
    Still no DLC for PS3 NA
    (And I don't have time to check issues with X-Box and PC)

    And that is just this release!

    Every previous patch has had associated down time
    The Clan Boosts not working have never been addressed (Where is that Refund?)
    DCs and Hard Freezes caused by this game
    Miscommunications, Setbacks, Delays

    Your fan base wants to be behind you and this game, WE LOVE THIS GAME..... Otherwise we wouldn't be so damn upset with everything that has occurred.

    This patch is a huge step forward, I honestly believe that had there not been issues with the servers, dlc, etc that people would be singing your praises RIGHT NOW..... hell I would be! I want to get behind you guys and be supportive, but at this point the performance track record and levels of communication are keeping me from doing that.

    If you want to win us back you need to do three things.....

    #1: Get the technical issues resolved ASAP and keep us updated! no one should have to comb through posts to know what is going on and when it might be fixed.

    #2: Start thinking of a way to compensate those who have supported you throughout with their cold hard cash. People who have bought the season pass, people who have bought boosts that never had any effect, people that have purchased bits in any amount. People who have bought this game at the original full price. People who have bought deluxe editions, etc......

    I am not talking about boosts..... I mean a SERIOUS compensation package. Boosts may be a part of that, but I think to win back your customer base you are going to need to dig pretty damn deep and just WOW us. What would it cost you? NOTHING.... But what it will get you in the long run will be monumental to your company.

    The reaction of everyone who sees it should be "Holy CRAP!" That is the level I am talking about here.

    #3: Try your DAMNEDEST to not mess up the next patch or DLC. Also do something about the DCs and Hard Freezes......

    Define what you would think a 'serious compensation package' would consist of?

    I mean, that's the problem right there. You demand something but aren't specific in what you are asking for, so they can give you whatever and then you say 'That's not what I asked for!"

    At least have some frame of reference here in this long post.

    Almost two quarters in and still every launch is a debacle.
    I waited until today to try the DLC because I read whats going on.

    Failed install had to re-install and I'm re-patching AGAIN!
    At least I got my stuffs for my DLC.

    However from being a Fanboy back on April 2nd I've been widdled down to nothing but a skeptic who recently came back on to try his hands on the new "content"

    All they seem to support is adding stuff to the store so they can make money.
    I see lots of the community posts saying HEY LOOK NEW STUFF TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON!

    a choose your own package.
    1 vehicle choice from store
    1 Head and body suit choice
    +15 Inventory slots
    Boosts for a week.

    and...wait for it.....

    a TEST SHARD SO WE AREN'T BETA TESTING EVERY PATCH.

    I am not demanding anything. I am making a suggestion...... a very strong suggestion.

    I don't want to make a suggestion to what the package would look like, because I don't speak for all of the players, I speak for myself. What would make me happy might not make others happy. I would rather leave that up to Trion to get together and see what they can come up with.

    What could it include?

    -Lockboxes
    -Costumes
    -Vehicle Skins
    -Free Bits
    -Bit Sale
    -Titles
    -Boosts
    -Increased rarity drops in game for a week or so
    Who knows........

    I endured Beta (wait are we still enduring beta?), got my full ultimate edition and well being an uber supporter gets you nothing in this game...
