Test shard would be excellent, but given money woes that's actually something that would cost.

The items aren't a bad start, but that's far too much virtual cash they'd be giving away, and right now Trion needs cash like a junkie needs a hit. I'd expect something like what Neverwinter did when they had serious problems;

invent some kind of reskinned hat/helmet/cape thingy and distribute it to everyone in the game as an apology.

From what I've saw in the past and how some things have turned out it's best just to not even care about it when it comes to Defiance; just means that you won't be disappointed when anything comes to fruition. Sure, someone'll play the 'it's you type of people that ruin the industry' - Uh huh. Look at what's happened in the past, they claim to listen to us but yet appear to be going in their own direction as a whole while giving little tid bits to at least justify that it does happen. **** happens man, and in all honesty issues with Defiance on machines running 8 year old or so hardware shouldn't be a surprise to anyone; nor am I saying it's perfect on any platform. Despite all that being said, I'll still be playing the game regardless. Will I get my hopes up over anything? No. Why? Look at the past.

The entire economy of the game was just turned on end (In the right direction IMHO) what would it hurt them to do right by their players? What would the true economic cost be to them? Nothing...... infact I am certain that it would bring them returns by strengthening their customer base...... only makes sense.

What would make me a lot happier with this DLC has nothing to do with compensation. I want what was promised when I bought the Season Pass. I want this DLC to include multi player Arenas and a weapon on the Raptor.

I have no illusions that Trion is going to magically listen to me or any of us for that matter. Track record alone proves that. This cluster F U C K of a release will continue on, they will continue to operate as normal. End of story, Game oVer, thank you drive through.

BTW...... not sure what the hell you are talking about in regards to the community college legaleese, this isn't about courts, precedents, etc it's about Trion getting their crap together and doing right by their customers. From the release day of the game up until this very moment, I am convinced that hardly anyone takes the time to actually read the small print for anything and that's precisely why it's pointless to even care about something that will not be changed, unless a miracle occurs. You're wasting your time, really, mentioning the T&Cs that we agreed to by registering accounts to this site, more or less because no one feels the need to read them before jumping the queue - so to speak.
