So my the arena quest has been bugged for me since day one and cant even get support yay trion.
On the final arena final wave my kill counter will reset I have tried many many times. Have tried in game support wich has gotten no help or response . Neither has email. Now after multiple tries with live chat just giving me a auto message of send email. This is nuts man
The least they could do with their ****ty track record is try alittle CS.

I have been patient been here along time and my patience is thin with trion. with screw up after screw up looks like they would atleast keep live chat around.
so people don't have to wait weeks for some email or in game response they may or may not ever happen.

or they laid that whole department off and are going just email.
Live Chat is still available. I used em yesterday for an account issue. IIRC, they aren't doing in-game issues via Live Chat anymore.

Problem is, not everyone is having issues. That means there is an underlying issue that wasn't apparent in their test environment
Mind you, I have issues with the arena, just mine is mostly lag. The most serious one for me, military academy is bugged all to hell, still playable but buggy

Yea , but think about it like this. Coming onto the forums and complaining wont get anything anywhere. You are wasting your own time. When its fixed its fixed. Just take a breather and relax. If you have to not play the game to chill then dont. All will be well just wait it out. You are choosing to play an MMO. It is going to be like that on EVERY MMO you play.

Who the hell are you to tell me whats wasting my time? And the forums is about the only place you can get a response in less than a month.
So heres what you do you don't like complaints don't click on the thread simple as that. But don't pretend to know me or what is a waste of my time. As likely as not I was wasting time before you were born.
And I have been playing mmo's since DnD was just a paper and pencil. Maybe I don't want to chill. Maybe . they need to stop jacking people up with stupid **** that should have been fixed.
Or maybe they should open the live chat back up to help with their screw ups that everyone is dealing with.
