    I STILL DONT HAVE MY CLAIM ITEMS I TRIED EVERYTHING ITS NOT COMING!! Plz help!

    I still dont have my starter pack my character redo and anything else

    Same here, I got the cap and the loot boost, but that's all for season pass, and it dropped to my second created character, not the main one.

    They are aware of the problem. There is a sticky at the beginning of general forum about this.

    They advise to submit a ticket, (with your particular details) to Trion support.

    This is happening on other systems too, not just Xbox.

    PS3 got hit harder than most with problems, so, right now, I think they may be prioritizing those issues.

    Nothing to even fret over honestly. Changing your character grants you nothing special. The truck is the worst vehicle in the game by far. And they give you 3 pathetic excuses for guns. You can loot better versions of them the first day you play

    So disappointed in this. Those couple things are what we paid for when buying the season pass. Absolutely pathetic

    I don't think it's something that will have to be dealt with on everyone's individual account. I think it's something that has to be fixed in the server not recognizing, or releasing, the items. But that's just a guess.

    If it does have to be dealt with by individual accounts, the sooner you submit a ticket, the better.

    Well so far this doesn't seem to be true. I emailed them a ticket within the hour of when the dlc came out, about me not receiving my dlc content. And so far all I've gotten was a email back telling me to restart my Xbox. (Which didn't work by the way) Now I was being patient with Trion, but my patience is running thin. It's slowly heading towards day 3 since the dlc has been released and I have not received anything that I have paid for. And before any of you Trion fanboys get your panties in a bunch and tell me that I'm being impatient. I am telling you that I have tried being patient, but it doesn't seem to be getting me anywhere. And the only reason why there's still people sticking up for Trion is probably because they got their stuff, and have nothing to complain about. Also before you go telling me, "Then why are you still playing if you don't like it?" I never said I didn't like it, I'm unhappy (and slowly growing impatient) that I have still not received anything that I paid for. So basically that's my rant for today, time to go rant somewhere else. Rant, rant, rant, rant....

    This happened to me at first, what I did was, I deleted the DLC from my hard drive, then I went back in game and started to re-download it from the main menu, not while I was on Ingame, then I dashboarded and let the download complete while I was still in the 360 dashboard, after it was complete I started up the game went back into the game and I could then claim my items

    I've done that and it doesnt work , it might if you bought the DLC from the marketplace but doesnt work if you a Season pass holder.
