DLC Missions?!?!?!Please help

So I endured a double patch and re-install.
Got all my items. Re made my look and feel with my current character.

I go and check my map. the only additional missions are some energy scavenging side missions (three in total) at the bottom right of the map. All of them have the same Gun as the reward.

Can anyone tell me where I am supposed to find my Story mission content, not these side missions?
Am I being a dolt and missing something obvious here?

SOmebody here posted you get the charge blade after missions...Hmmm weird. I got the DLC and no charge blade...BOOOOO
Besides a lock box where do I get this beast of a weapon?

You don't get it until you play through the arenas which are basically like the hotshots/rampages.

To think I paid 40$ for the season pass to get more content than those who dont buy the dlc and all I got was I can change my skin color whoopty doo, a garbage vehicle that ill never use, and 3 TERRIBLE green tier guns

I dont even consider that dlc tho. The 10 bucks was for 3 garbage guns I broke down immediately and a truck thats terrible ill never use it. Everything else people get but didn't pay for, I wasted money.

So I am at an Area...and there is no way in.
Were at the dock and players keep coming but there isn't a way to activate it.. Like WTF.

Yeah I was hoping I wouldn't be but this DLC is lame sauce.

Borderlands the DLCs added many hours of more content and shizzle.
This pales in comparison.

the arena is an icon on the map you have to find like three or four data pads and it will open up the arena first mission wich you have to get silver in then you can do more arenas I think it is a swirly icon just scroll over it and it will say arena on it and then you have to follow the ego mission markers
