xbox cant get out the 2nd weapon with out 2 seconds of lag and its a ground ponder. and those dont explode like normal

I dont doubt there being issues for some, especially on other versions (xbox, ps3), you have my sympathy for that. Ive been playing since day 1 trust me I can relate to this. Im just saying it has been working fine for me on pc.

I dont doubt that they are trying to resolve this and truely hope they do so soon, but unfortunately all we can do is patient, even though we shouldnt have to be.

I'm sorry but did you play Mad Moxxi's DLC on Borderlands? It was thought to be, in general, a bad expansion... sure it added some more gameplay, but nothing REALLY substantial was added.

That's why people hated on it, and why I hate on this. $13.33 for a couple hours of gameplay which overall is nothing like anyone expected.

The DLC came with "New story missions"... yeah, if only the writers knew the main part of a story is the storyline... not random BS that may tie into a TV show... hell, NZ doesn't even get the show but gets the game... WTF?

And yeah, I've been playing the DLC... hell, I'd bought the season pass. My friend recommended the game during Beta that highly I ordered it, and got the season pass before even playing the game, then 2 weeks later regretted it.

For $10 you may want someone to insult you and tell you "Watch the TV show and it'll make sense." but hell, I'll do it for free. If you buy the DLC you're a god damn idiot, now go watch South Park.

Well I have to admit, one of the earlier posters here was right. I'm only enjoying this DLC update because I haven't paid for it. Only because of what I originally paid. Still, from the PC perspective it has been an enjoyable gameplay ignoring the already mentioned problems.

As for paid vs free content, I don't feel ripped off or anything like that. I did get some things for the money I spent, that whole $8, as well as the Arena which is fun and gives access to the Thorn Liro vendor. I just wish I could shoot the darn skitterling. Some are getting pretty good stuff from him, so I'm wondering if he has something really good waiting to drop.

There may be reasons why New Zealand doesn't get the tv show that are just not easily surmountable. But how about this-what if they made the game totally tie in with the tv show so that in order to understand what was going on in either, you had to be doing both playing the game and watching the show. Can you not imagine the problems that would create? What would New Zealanders have to say then? It's never good to have a game rely on external information in order for people to follow a story line nor is it good to have a tv show rely on a game.

It's also why the game didn't cost $300 for the base game-because it doesn't rely heavily on the actors in the tv show as VOs. If you notice even games based on hit movies often don't use the same actors as in a movie for their VOs and face modeling.
