Hi dahanese I understand you are very busy but I would like to ask for your help with a gm named zimsy.
I have a support ticket open about the arena quest being bugged where the kill counter keeps reseting and I can not progress or even abandon and start from scratch as it just picks up in same spot.
I spoke to zimsy in live support and was told they couldn't help me that I had to wait for in game. So I did not 10 mins after live support chat zimsy closed my ticket saying I had multiple ones open on same issue.
I had one ticket open as well as sent bug report and email. After the ticket close I still received no help with this problem. So now not only is the game buggy as crap but support is going to just wash us aside and hope we go away? And the ticket nuber they reffrenced as my original wasn't even in my log and did not match the original I opened.
Would it be possible to actualy get alittle help with this? As I have done things in the order TRION asked us to.
