Last I checked, Stupidity and Ignorance didn't have an age limit. As for the community, I don't expect it to be any different then the Rift community or any other gaming community. People will try regardless of how much credit you give them. I'm willing to bet there are people right now doing some of what the post offered without knowing how, some may have issues, some may not. When you tell people they should do something, even if its not smart, some people will always try.

And that's your problem? I know you just want to help, but people without common sence they get what they get. You learn by mistakes. Not from what some WarMachine writes and dictates you to or not to do.

Why would that be my problem? I'm not fixing their PC, and if I do, I make money, I see no problem there.

As for what I write and dictate, I'm not telling anyone anything. If they want advice, I'll help, if they want help, I'll charge. I was ponting out that DarkKlingon was correct in their statement that the list isn't for casual users, and most of the advice is harmful to casual users. But, I think your right, we should just let people do what they want, and they will (Also the point I was making to you) no matter what I say, as I'm sure most of them won't even read this far back in the topic.

My track ball has roller points that need cleaning regularly, and some are still using analog mice...
