Only online for 220 to like 660? I think? I had extra bits so I got the grey and trust me it might as well be white =P

Just focus on crits and regen and shield regen plus couple melee ones then understand with elites you either hop like a madman for extra damage (why did they not balance it where you can strike a single target anywhere near you can do with the aoe?) or pop blur and lay waste to elites while it lasts. I got nearly 3.5 with blur popped.

I as well have the Shanjifyo Blade. It is a beast however , there is a legendary charge blade that drops from the tier 4 lockbox. The lockbox one has better stats. Keycode hunting begins now.........

That game got TONS of playtime back when I first owned a Dreamcast. It's still one of my favorite consoles to this day.

Have one, the purple tier one in fact and it's pretty much what my build revolves around as I've been preparing this build since they announced the charge pack's existence. It's a blur build (won't divulge what my perks are because if one uses a little common sense they can figure it out.) And I have the Volge LMG as my secondary for when a blade just won't cut it. (Pun not intentional) As to what I think of them, I actually like them. Not much to say other than that heh.

1) Yup. Fought through the arenas with both of my characters.

2) It just might be my permanent secondary weapon.... It depends on the situation.

3) Nope. I don't think spending money for a color is worth it.

4) Its not bad. It is sort of fun to use. However, I can't stand the camera-locking with the normal swings. It is like getting shot by Dark Matter snipers repeatedly, while you swing. It would be nice if the blades had a skill set, like the other weapon types. Sadly, there isn't any.

As far as I know you can't dual wield blades.

These two swords were actually shorter the all others, that I have seen. i already own 4 but I would drop one or even two, in order to be able to dual wield. The sword is fun to use here & there. While watching this player I noticed that the timing seems more natural for fast striking. It's a challenge using swords because it places emphasis on close quarters combat. Ducking & weaving tactics change depending on what kind of enemy you happen to fight. weeeEEEE !!!!!!!!!
