    Shadow War: It sucks.

So ShadowWar used to be quite the treat when one would pop up! You'd have a crap ton of people slugging it over a ton of points and a wide area! It was nothing like DeathMatch!

Now all you have is one very small death match with 12 or so people fighting over one point the entire time, and its the same 12 people all with cankers/infectors. Shadow war, one of the most enjoyable experiences, instead of just dropping the cap by 10, has been absolutely ruined by this bullcrap.

Its like Trion doesn't even play their own game, the matches used to be hung up at 10, dropping their cap by 10.

Open world PvP never works in a game with instanced PvP. It won't work, and never will, because developers make it easier to do instanced, and often make the rewards better.

Trion never should've included instanced PvP in the first place and just had Shadow Wars as the only means to PvP.

Also fix how SW even get started, since you can't seem to just join a pool for a random SW, you queue for the area you're in, which is dumb.

It was much better having 1 shadow war every couple of days, yup.

Whiners gonna find new things to whine about, I guess.

It's much better having these shadow war matches with 10 people lasting for 20 minutes, yup.

Arrtards gonna find any excuse to bend over for big pappa trion and take it, I guess.

This is far better than always having it just sit at waiting for X number of players all night. I'd rather play smaller Shadow Wars that people will jump into when they see it active than not play any at all. I was actually able to finish the Shadow War Pursuits right after the changeover.

Thats great and all but there's no scope or size to them anymore, they should at least have a cap of 20 some to start, they used to sit still in queue at 110 players, that's 110 vs the 10-20 you get now, literally I had a shadow war with a total of 12 and it was the most boring crap I've done in this game so far.

They could have made the queue to something about 40vs40 and they would have gotten large, fun matches with a decent regularity. But now it seems like even LESS people are queuing for this thing, its literally turned to the same staple players over and over again, the majority of them being Canker users.

I only did Shadow War for the large scale fights.

Not a fan of tiny "arena" style fighting.

So that's Shadow War off my list of things to do.

This is actually quite useful for CORE clan events, now the shadow wars will last longer and we can do more clan events.

Is it better to out-monster the monster or to be quietly devoured?
