    Patch Error - "Account is not entitled to play Defiance"

    As I can see a bunch of people were/are having this problem, and so am I.

    I pre-purchased my game from G2play.

    Yes. I've tried changing my password. Didn't work.
    Yes. I did in fact apply the code, and I did in fact download the client.
    Still no luck.

    I just want to be able to preload before tomorrow :P - Anyone got a fix?

    I am currently in the waiting queue for Live support. Number 40 in queue atm! Yay

    if you have also verified your email, and set up security questions.

    i've heard a rumour this morning that subbing to their newsletter has doen the trick for some people.

    Yup. My email is verified, and my two security questions is set up. Haven't tried subbing to their newsletter tho' - Guess I'll give that a try.

    All things that do the same thing as changing a password. These things do not help. The error is unfixable from the users end

    people have reported success with these.

    i am aware that others have not. still they are worth a try.

    GM Rayosequis: Ok, I checked the code and that code is for the preorder. So that is the code that entitles your account to the preorder bonuses like any outfits or weapons that you get for preordering the game. That's already been redeemed so your account is set for the preorder bonus items. The account hasn't had the actual game code redeemed. You should be receiving an email from the vendor with the full game code sometime between now and when the game goes live.

    that's weird i ordered from g2play got one code per copy ordered and confirmed with trion lvie chat cs that iwas good to go(i have launcher access and have downloaded the client).

    try emailing g2play support. apparently they are very fast and helpful.

    I tried the newsletter thing. Didn't work either. Guess I'll just have to wait until it's my turn talking to the live support, and try to explain my problem.
