    I just had a live chat with a GM, he simply told me to wait because it`s all being in waves :/
    I`m quite confident however that waiting isn`t going to help me. I`ve also got mine at G2Play btw.

    Also, i`ve tried all those tricks and things like subbing to the newsletter and changing password etc. No luck.

    GM Rayosequis: Ok, I checked the code and that code is for the preorder. So that is the code that entitles your account to the preorder bonuses like any outfits or weapons that you get for preordering the game. That's already been redeemed so your account is set for the preorder bonus items. The account hasn't had the actual game code redeemed. You should be receiving an email from the vendor with the full game code sometime between now and when the game goes live.
    Wait, what? That means the code we've gotten is just for the bonus items? -.-

    i asked both trion cs and g2play about my code, asking trion themselves if i needed another for the bonuses, and they said i was completely covered.

    Yes, it seems somebody @ G2Play made a grave mistake for some customers.

    There is no queue or anything. You received the wrong key!

    Talking with G2Play now, I'll keep you folks posted.

    Yeah. Somehow we only got the code for the Pre-order bonus items, but not the actual game code itself. - Zehtuka. Please keep me updated on this thread of what you figure out, and I'll do the same. - Wrote to G2play aswell.

    (They wanted a screenshot of the transcript, which I forgot to make silly me)

    Okay - So basically they don't even know they made a mistake, before they've got some proof of the conversation?
