Weird. I would assume all online retailers are the same (key wise). Guess I'll contact trion support again to make sure...

You: The problem is, I already wrote to G2play, and asked them when I would be getting the actual game code, but they wanted proof that I need another key. Seems like they don't even know they are supposed to send 2 keys out.
GM Cobington: Well, due to the game not being out, they are not aloud to give out the game access keys.
GM Cobington: You are only able to pre-download if you purchased directly from out web site.
You: I see. But how come they know nothing about a 2nd key?

Seems like there's a lot of issues with retailers for this game & tons of misinformation. Requiring proof for a second key sounds surprising that they wouldn't check things out on their end but ah well. Here's to everything getting sorted and seeing you all in game.

someone post here the info from when they contact g2play so those with the same issue can use it to contact them and ask for the product key.
GM Kiwibird confirmed it the 2nd time. Talking with G2Play sales now, stuff is escalating rapidly
