i bought from g2play last week and have access to download.

however it seems these guys have a different entry tag in their history from me.


keeping in mind some people on steam are having issues of their own.

I am talking to G2play aswell. They wanted the whole chat as proof. So I just sent it to them. Hopefully they will realize that they actually have to send a 2nd key, which will be the game code, instead of ONLY the prepurchase bonus items.

Yeah, I think we did ours around the same time. I don't see the purchase in my history either, but I have confirmation that it should be ready from a ticket last week, and I'm ready to play AFAIK. Guess I'll just wait until tomorrow and find out for sure. Maybe we got the actual game codes, and are missing the pre-order bonuses :P That should be an easy fix for Trion to sort out on their end if that's the case, since we must have pre-ordered if we had a key redeemed before the release date :P

so idk. i'm confused and paranoid so i'm waiting in a queue with live support. been her an hour now.

I don't think that is the case since both Zehtuka and I, both have been told my a GM that the codes we have applied is for the bonus items, and not the game itself. Which apparently we are going to get tomorrow. I wrote to G2play tho' , and they don't seem to know s*** about a 2nd code they have to send.

But we'll see. I've send the full chat to G2play. Curious of their respond now.
