Also waiting for a reply, contacted Trion via Live chat the GM told me that I only redeemed a preorder key and that I needed to contact my retailer regarding this issue. Fast2Play told me they were aware of the problem and that they were waiting for a solution and that as soon as it is sorted out they should contact their costumer

I preordered with Amazon, recieves 2 codes, one for pre-order and one for the game standard edition. I applied both and received the "not entitled" message when trying to preload. I contacted support and was told to wait as they're allowing access to preload in waves. I immediately changed my password and subscribed to the newsletter as I had read on the forums and was immediately able to start preloading. I didnt even have to restart the launcher between receiving the error and having it work. Obviously not the same problem as the g2play issues but for others having the problem should at least give it a try.
