as far as I can see, yes. I've pre-downloaded, and confirmed with 2 GMs, despite only entering 1 code.
I just spoke with a GM, he said the same thing: the code I entered was only for the pre order bonuses, and not for the game itself :\
By the way, I bought the game from CJS, I submittet a ticket to them now.
Lots of misunderstandings about those preorders!
Just contacted g2play.net, they got my screenshots and everything and they will be contacting their supplier.
i`ll be getting and answer/additional key within the next 12 hours but "hopefully sooner" and if haven`t received anything withing 12 hours i`ll have to contact them again :/
Ironhands, I think they made some changes since Friday that have tightened some things up and NOW many of us get these 'account is not entitled'. Have you tried to patch today?
