Patch Error - "Account is not entitled to play Defiance"

So I waited and waited thinking maybe I was on a later wave of people being able to preload. Get home tonight to find I still cannot and everyone is saying to try resetting your password. Well it will not let me reset my password.. and it seems the only way to contact trion right now would be email which probably means i will not get to play until at least tomorrow evening if that

i bought through steam, i put in both codes just fine, and up until this mornings patch i could log in just fine, now its giving me this annoying *** thing saying my password is correct but im not entitled to play Defiance....hooker i paid 130$ to play why wont u let me have your secrets! i also changed password email, security question and so forth, and its still giving me the finger. Anyone have problems and used steam?

You might have the same problem as me. Contact Trion and see if steam flagged you key as fake. They did to me and I m currently trying to get in contact with steam.

I ended up getting a refund from g2play. I had to call paypal and talk to 6 different people to open up a case because they didn't want to refund me. G2play didn't want to refund me at all and pretty much told me I'm stuck with the getting the game tomorrow. Whatever, I'm happy and I know g2play is a scumbag company.

This is just ****ing ******ed its not the retailers who messed this up, but its TRIONS fault hands down, as always, some new ******ed **** has to implemented by some "innovative" manager - 2 ****ing cd-keys, really? How did other companies manage to give pre-order bonuses with just one???

the retailers couldnt possibly know they are supposed to get 2 keys if TRION failed to communicate this issue down

How much do I have to wait when I allow the game? Game is already working, and people are already playing! Change the password, or change the subscription to the news - Does not help me. Trion, understand this and give an accurate answer, I'm tired of waiting, people have already downloaded the game and playing on server!

Might I also remind TRION that I payed for the game in FULL, not for the bonuses, not for the key only, but for full game... why I am I not being able to play? Why is noone answering my support ticket? Isnt this the most important issue as of right now? Because basicly this is fraud at its finest.
