Welcome to the stuck club, youll probably not be able to login during day, until TRION graces us with their pro support and either adds the missing key to our accounts or our retailers sort the problem out, but my guess is that they wont, since they are unaware of this issue aswell, because otherwise they would have sent us 2 keys instead of 1

i just reinstalled the patcher and it let me login abd updating atm
I downloaded and played the Beta just fine. I tried all the other account fixes (password/newsletter) and still no go. This is BS!
My retailer, unlike TRION, has already contacted me, stating they need to check this info with their supplier...

Hmm... that's kind of bogus, if that's the situation. I would have never bought the thing from Amazon if I'd known Trion would pull something like this. When I ordered RIFT I got to play for a few days because they allowed all pre-orders a grace period.

why don't I see anyone from support in here commenting on things and actually helping people ?
I had an order from Amazon , they minute they decide to ship it they reject my payment method. For christ's sake dont give me codes if you aren't going to verify that the payment is working. Then I go and buy it from steam, it took the codes but now my account wont even let me change the pass.
I, being impatient have bought the key twice, once from G2Play and once from Trion itself. I've got the pre-order bonus in my transaction history as well as the Standard Digital Copy however I am still not entitled to play. What's the go?
