Same, I get "Login successful but this account is not entitled to play DEFIANCE. Please contact Trion worlds support". Pre-ordered from Steam, applied all codes, no go. Changed password, but the new password was not recognized, only the old one still worked. Annoyed at this point.
I have this problem and I bought mine from Steam.. seriously they're going to F over Steam?? What a joke.
They should have at least let us pre load the game first before actual release.

Well, I can log into the launcher, and am downloading the game. Unfortunately it says that the game doesn't launch until 8am...
Wow I am so pissed no fix yet and no replies from them either on this thread!!!!!!!! If this isn't fixed in the next day I am calling my bank up and getting my money back !
It will fix change your password with the link they have up through support. Then I waited about a hour. And now its DLing but wont be up till 8am thinking it will be CT time which will suck might as well get some sleep now.
Can you link the Change Password link you're talking about or at least to the support topic?
I think that's in the trion control panel?
