Waited about 20-30min after change and it went through and works now. Give that a try everyone... would be nice if Trion made a Sticky about this with that link on the PC board.. but ya know that would be too easy.

Bought the game from trion and keep getting this error message.....can't reset password for some reason it keeps telling me passwords/securit questions must match even though i am entering them in right....tried redownloading and everything

I did change it, and when i tried to relog on the website, it still won't recognize my NEW password, and only lets me login with my OLD password -_-

So it takes 20-30min to change?

This worked for me! Was instant and not 20-30 minutes though. I even changed my password to my existing password. Derp. So no change there. But going through the motions must have triggered something.

Again go here and follow steps. Give the Password reset at least 20-30 minutes THIS WILL FIX IT. I have been fighting with this and trying for almost 3hrs and this worked.
