Patch Error - "Account is not entitled to play Defiance"

I got all 3 of mine in a pop up on steam when I go to play game. Though, it didnt help me much, I still get access denied x.x

^ Can confirm that changing my password by using the link on the above page worked for me. I changed my password to something different just to be sure, and then waited 5 mins and it worked. Patching now.

changing pass might help, but you need to check with your gamecode what you have put in. If it says pre-order nothing you do will help you since you don't have the game serial. If it says game xxxx then you are good and then it can help you with the pass change / subbing to the news letter.

If only pre-order listed under account you are tough out of luck.

I am contemplating on cancelling my g2play order and go for another solution. this just blows that I have to wait till 12 - 1500 cet in hopes of a key.

hello again friends, my retailer just came back to me and confirmed that in fact, the publisher (READ TRION) messed up big time with the keys, and I have, in fact, only the pre-order bonus key added, but not the game key, so some time today they will have my key ready and I can start downloading those 10gbs :S

Understood, but I did already have all 3 CD-Keys entered under my Trion account and it still wasn't working until I changed my password through that particular link (tried changing password with another but still got the same error).

ETA is 3 hours for the patch...

Yup. That is what I tought. TRION messed up BIG time. I'm still waiting for G2play to send me the game code...

I ordered from gameholds theirs reply was:

"It just has preorder bonus before the release time .Please just wait a few hours because of the time difference problem .You will play the game soon."

I just got a message from G2play after asking them what the estimated time of deliverance was:

This issue was caused by publisher who decided to changed dystibution method.
Keys for full version will be sent as soon as publisher will provide them (estimated 02-04-13 12:00-3:00 PM CET/GMT time zone).

So I guess I will be getting my game code in the next 1-3 hours... Hopefully.
