"It just has preorder bonus before the release time .Please just wait a few hours because of the time difference problem .You will play the game soon."

exactly the same here....only got the worthless preorder key so far -.-

WHAT WORKED FOR ME,.. fix both problems you will run into at once by following 4 easy steps.


first of all do NOT put your cd key in the blank authorization space that's for a separate log in add on security code not your cd key,..
ok so now you will get an error called ,.. not authorized to play this game,..this has nothing to do with that login authorization code,.. it is a matter of resetting your password ,.. then you get a wrong password again ,.. lol this is because it takes about a half hour to update the password,.. soooooo this is what you do in order,..

1. go to the game page and enter all codes from steam or your cd key from box,.. also add all your addons by clikng manage games .

2. blank the authentication code entry space below password and leave bank..

3. change password.

4. wait at least 30 minutes to relog in,..

log in and download content ,.. your all set.

steam, doesn't work with g2play bought items.

Can I somehow force to download client without logging in? I have problem with security question, wrote to support and waiting for response and I would like to at least download client while waiting...

FYI guys, I just reset my password via the trionworlds.com website, and voila... I was instantly in afterward and downloading the game. Wanted to pass my fix along and hopefully help some others out. G'luck!
