Ok applied to the newsletter, left the authentication blank and it seems to be working. I had a message to say the game hasn't launched yet (but it has) and now its patching.

officially it depends on your time zone if it has launched yet

Trion changed the distribution method at the last second according to the retailers.

Dear customer,

This issue was caused by publisher who decided to changed distribution method.
Keys for full version will be sent as soon as publisher will provide them (estimated 02-04-13 5:00-7:00 PM CET/GMT time zone).

Same thing, same problem and I still cannot go through. Mine is from Steam pre-order key. Aldy tried reset pass, apply code, save 2 security setting and even sub their news. Still not working for me.

To be honest, I don't think Trion changed the distribution at the last minute. I think they informed the third party retailers about the two keys required system at the last minute but in fact it was the planned distribution method all along.

It WONT work with just a pre-order key. Enter the CD Key from Steam as well on Trion's account management site.

For those of us with the real problem here (have preorder key but not game key), we are out of luck. Trion GMs cannot and will not help us. It seems we are doomed to wait for our retailers to provide the missing keys and the retailers are waiting for Trion to provide them with the missing keys.
