Patch Error - "Account is not entitled to play Defiance"

For those of us with the real problem here (have preorder key but not game key), we are out of luck. Trion GMs cannot and will not help us. It seems we are doomed to wait for our retailers to provide the missing keys and the retailers are waiting for Trion to provide them with the missing keys.

The only thing we can do now is to get a refund for those with only pre order key.

I have the same Problem....just got the Preorder Key from MMOGA.de
This is what they answered me:

our key team will check it and reply you asap.

got my pre-order bonuses early this morning. Thanks Trion. For anyone missing the actual game key, be patient, your retailer will assist, if not, you should easily be able to obtain a refund. They'll likely have a resolution today.

did you do any tricks? any extra codes?

i did wake up to my arkhunter 120 codes bonus and a extra AR +1 item. no preorder stuff yet though.

G2play is boasting "instant delivery" on Defiance now. I feel cheated

No, I just submitted a ticket. GM said I get nothing, posted here and Sledge spoke to the GMs and fixed it. A senior GM re-opened my ticket and told me he'd fix it, and i wouldn't need to talk to the store. Just send a ticket, tell them where you bought it, and they'll fix it. They know you pre-ordered, since you have the game before release date, and it doesn't cost them anything to flag your account for the items.
