    Dear customer,

    This issue was caused by publisher who decided to changed distribution method.
    Keys for full version will be sent as soon as publisher will provide them (estimated 02-04-13 5:00-7:00 PM CET/GMT time zone).

    just finished a live support with g2play.

    They said they could only do a 2/3 refund because i already recieved the preorder key. What a joke. I will never use g2play again and Im strongly considering never playing this game at all; A complete lack of support in regards to this widespread problem is NOT the way to reassure customers of your continuing services.


    EDIT: Also g2play said I have to take a screenshot and mail it to them before I will get the game key. Absolutely ridiculous conditions like this is half the reason I wont use g2play again. Mistakes happen, that is granted but its how you take care of the issues that reputations are built on.

    So I bought the digi delux from trion haven't received a code from them I can only imagine the horror of getting this through a retailer if the actual company can't get their **** together.

    file a dispute with your payment method. paypal or the credit card compay, for product not delivered, if you want, but really, just wait a few hours and you'll have your game. looks like the reseller between Trion and g2play screwed up, not sure who is exactly to blame, but i'm betting it's a case of "broken telephone"

    Site where I bought pre-order didn't even answer me yet. Is Trion consider as legall keys bought from not officiall sellers like many sites with online keys?

    When I cancel it I will do it through my credit card company and have them cancel the payment. G2play hasn't delivered and empty promises of in the next few hours are not good in my book. Either they come up with a good solution or I am gone.

    Their supplier didn't give them correct info, and they're just waiting on a delivery, I don't see why a few hours is a major issue, but do what you've gotta do i guess.
