Wow... I have never pre-ordered a game in my life being very jaded about gaming companies. It always seems that MMORPG companies seem to drop the ball and concern for their customers. Me and some friends played the beta and actually decided to pre-order the game. They all got the ultimate I just got the standard I didn't have the option being in the US to get the ultimate edition. So I just pre-ordered it through Trion. WOW they are all playing while I am sitting here in a 45 minute live chat que... My account has my transaction history all my arkcodes have been applied and it says I can play.

However I am getting the same error as the rest of you.... This does not bode well... Has anyone been able to get a refund?

Idk if this has been said yet, but the live chat support told me to reset my password. I had the same exact problem, did that and it worked for me.

some have, but just give it a few more hours. Did you try the password change/newsletter subscription/email verification trick? That worked for most.

Hi guys i have the same problem but it was easy to fix go to your account at codeactivation and post your serial there and confirm xD then it works^^

I tired to change my password however my answers are apparently incorrect for some reason... I actually remember what the security questions I answered were (the first time ever LOL) because I actually purchased the game... :/

I've bought the Digital Deluxe Edition. Official.
I've installed the newest Client, not the Beta one.

Repeatingly trying to log in. Now. All the Users/Players/People purchased the Game initially. Should have accessed right now to the Game. So why doesn't some, and some does? Is it that much to ask for?

Yeah that didn't work. I have 3 keys and the game just tells me I don't have the game.
