    definitely need to talk to support then. they'll get you straightened out, just sit tight unfortunately. Typical launch day issues so they're scrambling to keep up with the issues. half of the people talking to them are just looking for info that's already available on the forums

    Ya I am on TS with my clan and they are rock'n away while I get to look at my que timer bounce all over the time spectrum.... I think they should give us all the season pass upgrade for having us PRE ORDER and they are not delivering on time... If I had waited I would have probably been able to be play'n with my clan...

    Are you using Google Chrome by any chance? I had the same problem, there is a captcha box that isnt showing in Google Chrome.
    Try another browser and you should be able to reset your password.
