I bought my game from CDKeyHouse for 39.99£ and I have the same issue, they are aware of the situation they say and will be received their 2nd keys for game activation in the next 6 hours. ****. My. Life.

Are you using Google Chrome by any chance? I had the same problem, there is a captcha box that isnt showing in Google Chrome.
Try another browser and you should be able to reset your password.

I am in chrome for my customer support chat that I have been waiting for an hour and half now to start... And Waterfox (firefox but 64 byte) in changing the pass.. Also 2 people have verified (who were here at the time that I gave my security answers) that indeed my answers are correct...

Update: OHHH my clan mates decided to disconnect from the UK servers to see what was going on here and now they are annoyed because they can't reconnect?

Update 2: I have cut my cigarette smoking down to one a day... Since this has been happening I have smoked 4 cigarettes... DEFIANCE IS BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH!!!

I've been in faaaarrrrrr worse game releases than this. Remember Trion's on a very tight timeline to make this sync with the release of the actual show, etc. Give it a bit of time.
