Patch Error - "Account is not entitled to play Defiance"

Im in the same boat i bought this game through Trion Worlds and im not entitled to play which is horse dung and i bought a digital deluxe edition. its disappointing that the makers of the game have not even entitled us to play yet but everyone else has freaking access...2 words for you Trion Worlds "EPIC FAIL!"

I just bought it off of steam and its still not letting me play, giveing me the "patch error" and saying my email and pass is invalid, Im really pissed just spent 60 bucks and it dont work for me not a good first impression I understand there are bugs on launch but atleast let me logg in for christ sake.

I am being trolled hardcore by CDKeysHouse, my retailer, 1½ hours a go they said that within 6 hours I should have received my second CD key, now they just told someone who bought it from there as well (Guy who referred me and gave me discount) that they said they didn't know what was going on to him at all, they didn't even give him the "6 hours" timeline, I smell ******** to keep their customers at bay.

Can I sue them?

I've been using CDKeyHouse for about half a year and up to now I've never had any issues and the delivery has always been near instant. I'm pretty sure there is just some mess up somewhere between Trion > their suppliers > them. And the person your friend talked to might have just been misinformed. I would suggest just giving them the time they asked for.

It's OKAY, I just spoke to "David M" one of their live supporters, really cool dude, true bro, he comforted me and told me everything was going to be alright, I just had to stay patient, he even sent me a comforting smiley face.
