    I have to wonder if it is the keys. I picked up my UE earlier today, and even after registering the key, I get that stupid 'not entitled' message.

    Aaand now it decided to update. Maybe the server was lagging.

    +1 totally agree with you. I also wrote a ticket this morning at 7.30am~ and there still is no response aswell (not that I spend any money on this) currently Im just waiting for G2Play to get keys and then download on hopefully WORKING servers.

    Well atleast they are trying to get something working.

    Heres what worked for my steam account.

    I was getting the same errors or not entitled to play Defiance and your email or password is incorrect. I reset my password and then went to the website to apply my codes to my account. There should be a button up on the bar for the website right next to Security and Newsletters. I applied all three codes that come with steam. Pre-orders, rewards code and standard purchase code.

    I waited about 5 mins, to give the authentication servers time to update. (might need to give more time) And then logged in without putting anything in the authenticator code.

    Now its updating, at a snails pace. Which is to be expected on launch day.

    Hope this helps anyone else.

    mine keeps saying my email or password is wrong and i have tried to change my pass plenty of times and i know my email and pass is right

    here is what i did, i went onto the game client, i switched my settings from US to Europe, tried logging in, then switched it back to US and it worked

    p.s. i ordered from steam

    Seems I spoke too soon. Got disconnected, and now I'm back to 'not entitled'.

    Day One is certainly giving the folks over there a headache, it seems.
