+1 totally agree with you. I also wrote a ticket this morning at 7.30am~ and there still is no response aswell (not that I spend any money on this) currently Im just waiting for G2Play to get keys and then download on hopefully WORKING servers.
Well atleast they are trying to get something working.
I was getting the same errors or not entitled to play Defiance and your email or password is incorrect. I reset my password and then went to the website to apply my codes to my account. There should be a button up on the bar for the website right next to Security and Newsletters. I applied all three codes that come with steam. Pre-orders, rewards code and standard purchase code.
I waited about 5 mins, to give the authentication servers time to update. (might need to give more time) And then logged in without putting anything in the authenticator code.
Now its updating, at a snails pace. Which is to be expected on launch day.

mine keeps saying my email or password is wrong and i have tried to change my pass plenty of times and i know my email and pass is right

can't get in...
here is what i did, i went onto the game client, i switched my settings from US to Europe, tried logging in, then switched it back to US and it worked
p.s. i ordered from steam
