Patch Error - "Account is not entitled to play Defiance"

Exactly. G2 can do their work well. However...everyone screws up often. Long story made short. G2 once managed to get false copies of Games under a accident caused by a Test-Purpose by the Company. Boy...people laughed. It was hilarious.

Anyways. Trion's not at particular fault. Remember. The problem is that the supporting Affiliations between G2 and Trion's workhouse to properly make things work in their Tower of Keys. It happens not often, but rarely. This is a far by more serious outbreaks happened to them. Not fortunate, no?

The problem lies just between the Communication and Teamwork lines of G2 and Trion. They should square things up as soon as they can. So this fiasco won't happen again.

Gotta take in to account that it's not only people that bought at G2 though... It seems to be an issue with many cdkey sites, which suggests that the issue isn't on their end.

Got my key from G2play after sending another Customer Note in. Seems like Charles is the only competent guy working there. Better late than never.

Thank you. I just bought my Ultimate copy from GameStop. I entered the Product Key, it looked like it went through successfully, but I still can't launch the game. I'm assuming first-day jitters is the problem like this (this is the message I'm getting, after all) and that's what you're referring to?

I will most likely hang around europe somewhere (since Im european lol) my ping towards the US isnt that horrible but always a tad laggy. Still waiting for the keys and Raitter you dont need to wait for me its all settling right now since G2Play already contacted me about the screenshots so Im safe!

Damn you Asi...so the process of actually getting anything to work here took me more than 24hours I dare you Defiance, be worth it!

I have an update... I started trying to play this game at 9:21am my time... waited about two hours for customer support to chat with me only to have the page tell me there was no one to talk to me... There was a mysterious change in which my client allowed me to login and download the game around 2:30pm which is still downloading at 5:26pm my time... I call this "Abject stupidity at its finest..." Especially since I started the day with a perfectly working beta client that I uninstalled before I tried to login the first time... who knows if I will actually get to play the game before the second coming....
