Patch Error - "Account is not entitled to play Defiance"

damnit all to the bloody bowels of hell, I didnt even look at the manual so I didnt notice the product code on the back


and now I feel all..... "Special"

That is the first thing I did. How else would you play? Lol. Hope you have better luck. Still can't patch and still can't login. Changed password twice already just for the heck of it to no avail.

i have two codes, from amazon, one for preorder and one that says defiance standard edition. The game even asks me if I want to upgrade to deluxe but im still getting this damn error-

also been waiting for support for like....2+ hours worked from 242 in que down to 22!!!

Just got the patch updater to run but now it is saying Patch Error after a while of attempting to patch.

I dont know why it didnt occur to me, but I had several codes from gamestop, maybe I was thinking one of those would do both, oh well.... derp moment, nothing else to say

I ran it as admin and now it is patching but unfortunately like everyone else I am only downloading between .10 mb/s to .22 mb/s

To reiterate, if you bought from g2play and you're missing your game key, you need to contact them (email) to get your key.

Please explain what you mean by several codes, as I only was given one. Ultimate, preorder, PC.

I pre-ordered online from gamestop.com. They e-mailed me a pre-order code today right when I received my copy of Defiance in the mail. The other code is actually on the back of the game manual that is inside the case.
