Patch Error - "Account is not entitled to play Defiance"

Actually they are right about that.... The problem with some of these other publishers who allotted so many pre order keys is they don't have them... That is probably a developer problem on Trion's side which is they aren't putting out and can blame the publisher for not giving you the key they supposedly provided.... The more disturbing issue is that Trion is not allowing pre-order players access to the game they pre-ordered nor talking to them... We were not promised keys we were promised the game would be enabled on our accounts and it is not....

Eventually those of you who ordered the game through these third party companies will get your keys... I am more annoyed about those of us who should have had access two hours before they brought the server up....

UPDATE: AND THE PLOT THICKENS: "Your login failed due to an invalid e-mail or password input."

REALLY!!!!!??????


UPDATE: Well second attempt 4 hours since I started with this I was able to login and I am now downloading.... WTF!!!

I would suggest those of you who have provided a key or bought it through TRION attempting to play again....

It's OKAY, I just spoke to "David M" one of their live supporters, really cool dude, true bro, he comforted me and told me everything was going to be alright, I just had to stay patient, he even sent me a comforting smiley face.

I havent checked all the threads but, i had a patching problem and, lauching the patcher as administrator started it without any problem. I don't know if it can help for other problems but, you can try that!!!!

Yeah, it seems people buying from Trion are able to fix it by changing their password

Pffff I want my key. It's 8 Pm here and it's been 12 hours since the release. This is just rediculous. G2play has excellent support but their service is kinda terrible. Damn.
