Patch Error - "Account is not entitled to play Defiance"

I would also ask the people whom ordered from gamestop how their cd key shows on the trion site

I just got mines to work. You need 2 cd keys.

I had my thing as PREORDER_3PD at first.

The first one is a pre-order cd key. And then the 2nd one is the actual game cd key. Hope this helps.

Anyone working now that wasnt earlier?

I'm sure this isn't helpful, but it's still giving me this same error. I went to Apply Code, put in the key GameStop printed out, and now I see

2013-4-2 Defiance™ PC Defiance GameStop PC Pre-Order

yet, still getting the error even after changing my password. Am I doing something wrong, or is it still a problem on your end?

alright so you are the same as me, I put everything back in the package and really did not want to have to take it all out, then put it all back because I am going OCD about the package lol

I pre-ordered directly from Trion, have the confirmation but have no access to the game. FAQ says they were suppose to directly apply the code to my account but nothing. Sent the info to support but no reply yet and livechat is over an hour so that's not going to work for me.

Still working on getting this updated folks - if you have any codes - please apply them to your account. It seems some of the codes you are entering are a preorder benefit code - not the actual game access code.

I just finished installing the game. First thing I did was apply the Gamestop pre-order code and the Registration Key that came with the game to my Trion account. I used to play Rift so I already have an account. When I open the launcher it immediately asks to update the game. I click yes. Right afterwards I get an error saying Update Failed. SO I attempt to Login anyways. It says my account is not entitled to play Defiance....

I preordered directly from Trion and haven't been able to get on until about 2 minutes ago. Finally got past the ;Account is not entitled..; and am now updating. Just a heads up to others that maybe they should see if they can get on now.

This probably only concerns the Trion preorders since they are supposed to automatically add the codes.
