I got one of the color mods for my charged blade, but the only blade I currently have is the green one you get from completing the arenas.
Does anyone know if there is a way to put the mod on a different weapon later on down the line without destroying the blade, or is it just like the regular mods?

Went ahead and put the mod on the Eminifyo blade, and... it's just like a regular mod, you either get the mod or you get the weapon.

Blades aren't tradable anyways, so you'd just be breaking the blade down when you get a better one anyways.

I do agree that removed blade mods should go back in the inventory though.

No you can't. There is no preview function when looking at a coloured mod in the store.
